OLLI ('we', 'our', 'us') is part of The Clean Lab Project, registered in the United Kingdom. We offer UK-made wellness and nutrition products via our website www.olli.fit. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Information
All OLLI products are produced, labelled, and shipped through licensed UK manufacturers meeting UK and EU food supplement regulations. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes; while we strive for accuracy, variations in packaging or formulation may occur.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed. Payments are handled securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other listed gateways. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or pricing errors are suspected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3–5 working days. Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email. If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 days, contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your OLLI products. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- We’ll replace or refund your item once verified.
Wrong Item Sent:
- Let us know within 14 days. We’ll resend or refund.
Change of Mind:
- Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns of opened or unwanted supplements.
- Unopened items may be refunded at our discretion if returned within 14 days.
