Accessibility Statement

Last updated: November 2025

At OLLI, we believe everyone should have equal access to good nutrition - and that includes being able to use our website easily, no matter your ability or technology. We’re committed to making www.olli.fit accessible, usable, and inclusive for all visitors.

Our Commitment

We are working to ensure our website follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, which outline best practices for making digital content more accessible. These guidelines help make our site usable for people with a range of needs, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or assistive technologies.

What We’re Doing

-       Use clear, simple language throughout our content.

-       Design pages with sufficient colour contrast and readable fonts.

-       Ensure images include alternative text where appropriate.

-       Build layouts that adapt to different devices and screen sizes.

-       Use headings, links, and labels that are descriptive and meaningful.

-       Test navigation using both a mouse and keyboard.

-       Avoid flashing or rapidly moving content that could trigger sensitivity or seizures.

Ongoing Improvements

We regularly review our website to identify and fix accessibility issues. As we add new features or products, we aim to make accessibility part of the design process, not an afterthought. We also welcome feedback from our users and accessibility experts to help us continue improving.

Accessibility Standards & Compatibility

This website is designed to work with:

- The latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.

- Modern screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.

- Devices including desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones.

While we strive for full compliance, some third-party content (such as embedded videos or Shopify apps) may not yet meet WCAG standards. We are working with our partners to improve this.

Future Plans

We’re continuing to:

- Improve keyboard-only navigation across all menus and forms.

- Review colour contrast in new product imagery.

- Ensure all video and audio content includes captions or transcripts.

Accessibility is an ongoing part of our mission — because good health should be available to everyone.
